Neon Bluetooth Wireless Headset v.2.0

The old addage "You get what you pay for" holds true with this device. Build quality is very tacky cheap toy grade plastic.

The switch panel came away from the main body in under a week.

The reception between the phone (a T-Mobile MDA Compact III) and the headset is exceptionally crackly, sometimes making it impossible to hear the other person on the call.

The microphone pickup is poor either not being sensitive enough or the microphone being too far away from the mouth to consistently pick up speech. And I don't speak quietly.

The earpiece is not flexible enough to sit comfortably in the ear and does not help prioritise speech from the headset over background noise effectively.

If I had to rely solely on this device, I would say it was a very poor value product, but if all you are after is a cheap headset to allow occasional hands free use, this is probably the headset for you.
