Details
128MB PC100 SDRAM desktop memory module. V-Data brand manufactured by AData. Single-sided module with 32Mx8 chips (4 chips in total) which makes this module compatible with many older systems using SDRAM. 100MHz, 168 pins, CL2, non-ECC.

Please be aware this memory module uses 32Mx8 chips, and it has only 4 chips on one side of the module. Please ensure the system supports high-density 32Mx8 chip configuration before purchasing this PC100 memory module. If in doubt we recommend purchasing a module with 8 chips instead.

The PC100 module for desktop is composed of CMOS Synchronous DRAMs in TSOP-II 400mil 54pin package and one 2Kbit EEPROM in 8pin TSSOP(TSOP) package on a 168pin glass–epoxy printed circuit board.

The PC100 is a dual in-line memory module and is intended for mounting onto 168-pins edge connector sockets. Fully synchronous operation referenced to the positive edge of the clock. All inputs and outputs are synchronized with the rising edge of the clock. The data paths are internally pipelined to achieve very high bandwidth.
